Anna was born in Moscow in a family of Ukrainian Jews, due her identity and positionality in Russia,
Anna’s focus has always been on political art, exploring the history of the USSR, and nowadays Russian War crimes.
Anna now relocated to London due to the suffocating political climates in her country and
found herself equally passionate in presenting narratives of freedom and justice to play her part in calling for solidarity and effecting change.
With a combined skill set in producing, directing, scriptwriting and filmmaking, she is interested in investigating truth and creating multidisciplinary work.

It tells a story of a scary journey in the past, from a perspective of a young 18 years old Lithuanian girl, who was deported to Siberia in 1948 and returned only in 1958.
